Do I really need a professionally designed logo if I am just starting a business?

Absolutely! Remember that old saying, “You never get a second chance to make a first impression”? It is never more true than in business. A new business needs every opportunity to get started on the right foot. A custom logo is the center of your business identity and will have a lot to do with how your customers think about you and your business. Having a professionally designed logo will give you a leg up on the competition, because people are more likely to work with a company that portrays an image of professionalism than one that has a “grassroots” look.

Our team of experienced and professional graphic designers have more than 20 years experience in design and marketing, and are committed to creating the best original logo and identity materials possible. We don’t sub-out our design work to the lowest bidder, or use clipart to create our logos, instead we do all our design work in-house under the strict supervision of our founders, and we create every logo from scratch. If I live outside the United States will there be a problem with ordering a logo?

Not at all! We are an internet-based business, which means we are accessible to you no matter where in the world you are! That is what LogoDesignGroup is all about, convenience and one-stop shopping for the development of your business identity.

Who owns the rights to my logo?

You do. We retain rights to the samples of the logo for our promotional and advertising materials.

Can you design business cards, stationary, envelopes, etc. using my new logo?

Yes we can! Take a look at our various stationary packages, there is sure to be one tailored to meet your needs. Coupled with your professionally designed logo, our stationary design will complete your business identity package and have you well on your way to success.

How do I order and pay for my logo package?

To begin, choose the logo and package you would like to order and place it in your cart. Next, you will be directed to the payment center where you will pay for the package of your choice by credit card. Work on your package will not commence until payment has been verified and received. You will be redirected to an order form, which must be filled out completely and submitted. You will receive an email confirming the order and payment have been received and work on your project has begun.

What is the design process like?

After selecting a logo design package, you will complete a detailed form that helps us identify a starting point for your logo. We will create “roughs” that you will be able to approve or comment on on-line. We will revise one of the choices until you like it.

How long will the logo design process take?

Typically, less than 10 business days from first consultation to final approval. (Average is 7 business days).

How do I view my logo roughs?

You will receive an email containing a .jpg file of your proofs along with instructions on approving your logo.

How many logo roughs will I get to choose from?

Unlike other logo design companies who give you a very limited number of designs to choose from, our team will give you a minimum of five (5) samples from which to choose. Our main concern is your satisfaction, so we have decided not to put a restriction on their creativity or the number of samples they decide to create. We revise until the design is the way you like it.

Can you redesign my existing logo?

Yes! We can do anything from a minor repair to a complete renovation on your existing logo and keep to a visual theme that’s similar to the original. Just be sure to indicate on the order form that you have an existing logo that needs revamping.

In what file formats will I receive my logo?

You will receive your logo in the following file formats: TIFF, EPS and JPG.

How will I receive my finalized logo?

We will e-mail a download address for you to get TIFF, EPS and JPG files of your new logo. We can mail a CD for $15.00. (US locations-Fed-Ex extra.)

Do you have my logo on file in your office in case I lose mine?

Yes we do. If you lose or misplace your logo files, just email us and we will be happy to resend the logo to you via your registered contact email address at no charge to you.
